Maxi turnover significantly increased

Livingston-based Maxi Construction Ltd. has continued its business plan of steady profitable growth and has seen turnover increase to over £11m (up from £8.55 million) in their accounts for the year ending September 2014.

Profit before tax dipped from £377,000 to £316,000, though the Group said this remained an “acceptable level”. A strong order book for the following financial year will see turnover increase again. This is also adjacent to their existing 80,000 sq. ft. heated warehouse.

Overall Group Turnover was £63.53 million (up from £56.08 million) while profit before tax was £1.7 million (down from £2.17 million).
