AFTER launching three new developments in the last two months, Larbert-based Springfield Properties is experiencing an unprecedented level of sales.
The builds at Lanark, Uddingston and Milton of Campsie will bring over 200 new homes to the market, with around 20% already sold.
Whilst all eight of the available two-bedroom apartments at the Winston Barrack development in Lanark are already sold, the development will boast an additional 64 three and four-bedroom terraced villas and two-bedroom apartments.
Originally built in the 1930s to accommodate the Depot of the Cameronians (Scottish Rifles), the sensitively restored barracks and new build homes are in high demanded. Prices start at just £85,000 for apartments and range to £145,000 for four-bedroom villas.
Springfield Properties’ Uddingston development of 70 two, three and four-bedroom homes and apartments on the outskirts of Glasgow are also proving extremely popular with 11 sales secured in advance of the official release.
Ranging from £269,000 to £349,000, the development will feature five new four-bedroom detached house styles from the new Springfield home collection:
- Craigellachie from £269,000
- Beauly from £283,000
- Cromarty from £290,000
- Dunning from £315,000
- Culbin from £349,000
The homebuilder’s Milton of Campsie site, featuring 52 two, three and four-bedroom homes on the banks of the Glazert Water below the Campsie Hills is also selling well, with over a fifth of the properties available already sold.
Tricia Malek, sales director at Springfield Properties said: “This has been a record couple of months for sales for us. Our Lanark development is priced extremely keenly and a pent up demand, coupled with good development locations for our developments and the fact that homebuyers have come to realise that a Springfield home offers sensational value for money.
“Only with a Springfield home can customers personalise their home to the way they live and also get a complete home; which includes everything from carpets and tiles, to a very high quality specification on all kitchen and bathroom equipment, as well as fences and front and back lawns – all as standard.
With the launch of yet more developments, and its 17 on-going site across Scotland already selling well, it seems the award-winning homebuilder has found a winning formula with new homeowners.
