TWO firms recently hailed their move into North Lanarkshire Properties’ thriving business centres as a significant milestone in their success and are calling on other businesses in the area to follow their lead.
Launched six years ago with just four staff, EPS (Engineering Professional Services) outgrew their offices and are the latest tenants to move into Airdrie Business Centre.
At the same time, North Lanarkshire Properties has also welcomed Fike, an international precision-engineering business, to its Dalziel Building in Motherwell.
Now home to over 60 businesses across its two centres, North Lanarkshire Properties has announced its latest arrivals as part of their drive to entice businesses of all sizes and home-workers to consider expanding into the locations to support their growth.
Launched last year, North Lanarkshire Properties manage business centres across the county.
