A public meeting about the Third Don Crossing will take place next week.
The meeting is open to members of the Bridge of Don and Danestone communities who want to know more about the scheme, construction works and related mitigation measures.
Members of the project team will be on hand to answer questions. The meeting will take place in Bridge of Don Academy, Braehead Way, from 7-9pm on Monday, 22 September.
The Third Don Crossing will see the construction of a new single carriageway link road between the Parkway/Whitestripes Road junction and the Tillydrone Avenue/St Machar Drive junctions, including the construction of the new bridge.
Balfour Beatty has been appointed to construct the new bridge over the River Don, a new stretch of road linking it to the road network north of the Don, and realign and upgrade roads to the south of the river. Construction will start later this year and the new bridge is due to be substantially completed and open to the public by late 2015.
