BARATT Homes is continuing its investment in and around Aberdeen with new developments amounting to a sales value of £100 million.
The housebuilder has recently acquired a site in Aberdeen City, comprising of 174 apartments. There will be a range of one, two and three bedroom properties, some with balconies overlooking the Aberdeen Beach area.
Another new development in Newmachar – Barclay Grange – has also been acquired to provide 70 much-needed two, three and four-bedroom family homes. This will be the first new housing development built in Newmachar for a number of years.
Meanwhile, a further site has been acquired in North Street, Inverurie which will provide 39 new homes ranging from two-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom terraced homes.
These developments are in addition to Barratt Homes’ Riverside Quarter development at Mugiemoss Road where work is currently underway on the first phase, comprising of 288 three and four bedroom homes as well as providing significant landscaped and amenity areas.
