THE order book for partitioning experts, Style Scotland, has passed £1.5 million after securing a significant contract to install electrically operated moveable walls into Harris Academy, Dundee.
Pupils will be moving to an impressive, purpose-built facility in September 2016. The sub-contract was placed by Robertson Construction via the Hub East Central Scotland
“Electrically operated partitions offer quicker and safer operation, particularly in a school environment”, said David Louden, MD of Style Scotland.
“Moveable walls encourage more creative teaching practices, allowing small break-out groups to be formed at the touch of a button or opening an area up to involve a larger number of pupils.”
Style Scotland has also started on site at the University of Strathclyde’s Technology Innovation Centre.
