ELIBURN Industrial Park, Livingston’s newest industrial park, has opened its doors for business with 16 industrial units now available for lease and sale.

Construction by Gladman Developments commenced in July with completion due in Autumn this year. The units are arranged in two terraces and range in size from circa 1,145 sq.ft. (106 sq.m.) to a total of 18,600 sq.ft. (1,728 sq.m.)

Located at Appleton Parkway in Livingston, Eliburn Industrial Park offers easy access to the M8 motorway network as well as close proximity to the town centre.

Other occupiers in the Eliburn area include Provident Financial Management, Gladman Developments, Fibre Photonics, Lloyds Banking Group and Sky Television.

JLL and GVA James Barr are joint agents for the site, owned by Gladman Developments Ltd.

Kirsty Palmer, Associate Director, Industrial and Logistics, for JLL said, “As the very latest addition to Livingston’s industrial premises, Eliburn Industrial Park offers high quality accommodation within easy reach of the town centre. Units can be taken individually or be combined, offering occupiers flexibility to suit their size requirements. The availability of an additional plot for development will, I’m sure, be of interest to occupiers with a more bespoke requirement for premises within the area.”
