BARRATT Homes recently announced the completion of its 400,000th home, while unveiling a new brand identity.
Reflecting the importance of green space, nature, and the ecology and biodiversity of new home developments, Barratt will plant 400,000 trees and shrubs over the next 18 months in celebration of reaching this landmark milestone.
Drumpark Primary School’s eco-committee kicked-off the initiative locally today by planting the first oak tree in the area at Barratt Homes’ Parklands development in Coatbridge. Steve Mariner, sales and marketing director for Barratt West Scotland said, “We have plans to build more than 500 new homes across 16 sites in the west of Scotland this year, and look forward to launching a number of new developments in the coming months.”
