The new Makita LS0815FL 216mm slide compound mitre saw has a features list ideally suited to first and second fix on-site carpentry operations. It weighs just 14.5kg with a convenient carry handle making it very practical for easy transport from van to site location. Available in either 110volt or 240volt options to suit site regulations, the new LS0815FL has a maximum depth of cut at 90° of 65mm (2.5”).
This compound mitre saw has a 1,400watt motor, which will run the 216mm blade up to 5,000rpm without load. The rigid, cast alloy base and twin parallel slides give a high level of accuracy with the blade at any angle.
