Key staff changes for Hardies Dunfermline

IT’S been a busy time for Hardies Property & Construction Consultants in Dunfermline.

Further to its relocation to larger premises in Pitreavie Business Park, the firm, one of Scotland’s largest multi discipline chartered surveying firms, has strengthened its West Fife team on the back of continued growth.
A new Associate Valuation Surveyor has been appointed in Paul Duncan. Paul, who has worked in the Fife area since 1994 has extensive knowledge and experience of the Fife property market with particular emphasis in the residential sector.
Alan Chappell, a Senior Quantity Surveyor, has relocated from the Perth office to strengthen the Quantity Surveying team.
Alan is originally from Fife and knows the area very well and brings with him specialisms in housing, health and education projects.
Other appointments in Dunfermline include Martin McConnell as Associate Building Surveyor.
Martin has worked in private practice throughout his career with both national and international property consultancies.
Finally, Ross Sutherland from Glenrothes has been appointed IT Manager.
