THE Joint Contracts Tribunal has released the findings of its latest sustainability report.
The aim of the consultation was to provide a focus for environmental sustainability to improve performance and to help deliver the UK government’s strategy for sustainable construction. Around 87% of respondents agreed that JCT contracts can assist in achieving sustainable objectives and the report also shows how JCT contracts can be used to build sustainable projects.
