ABERDEEN developer Knight Property Group has completed Pavilion 2 at Prospect Park, in Westhill.

The four-storey building represents an investment of around £7m by the company with a further £600,000 spent on the internal fit-out by occupier BlueSky Business Space.
BlueSky will relocate from a building on the Westpoint Business Park and around 25 SMEs will move from Westpoint which Knight has re-let to AMEC Group.
James Barrack, Knight’s managing director and chairman, said: “This is a key milestone in the development of Prospect Park. Work on the final pavilion is progressing well and is on schedule to be completed by August 2013.”
Angela Ritchie, manager of BlueSky Business Space, said: “Westhill is a popular location for businesses and due to increasing demand for serviced office accommodation, it was essential that we relocate to larger premises.
“Pavilion 2 will enable us to extend the facilities we provide to SMEs, including extra meeting rooms and seminar space, along with a much larger cafeteria.”
