GLASGOW and Edinburgh are seeing an increase in take-up of prime industrial units, research from Jones Lang LaSalle has found.
Both city centre sites and those in key strategic locations have seen rents tightening and incentives decreasing, according to the firm’s latest UK Industrial Property Trends report. The research also found take-up in Scotland involving units of 100,000 sq. ft. and over totalled two million sq. ft. in 2012, around four times higher than 2011.
