ELGIN’S £86m flood alleviation scheme is becoming more visible as construction activity switches closer to the town centre.
Since starting two years ago the bulk of the work has taken place on the River Lossie downstream of Elgin but from this month activity will primarily be in more populated parts of the town. Contractor is Morrison Construction.
