INSULATION and window companies will get a boost from a £60m fund to transform thousands of properties across Scotland into homes that are cheaper to heat. The Scottish Government investment will be targeted at ‘fuel poor’ households and will be used for energy efficiency measures such as solid wall insulation and double glazing.
