A house builder has won planning permission to go ahead with a 75-acre development in Penicuik.
Taylor Wimpey East Scotland will build 458 homes at the Greenlaw Mills site with a percentage, still to be confirmed with the local authority, allocated for social housing. A small-scale neighbourhood centre is subject to a separate planning application yet to be submitted.
