Phase two of Horton Halls, a £7.6m student accommodation for St George’s, University of London, is on its way to achieving a BREEAM “Excellent” rating thanks to Eco-Bond, part of EcoTherm’s comprehensive range of flat-roof PIR insulation products. Eco-Bond is a rigid polyisocyanurate foam insulation with mineral coated glass fibre tissue on both faces and is designed for use with either fully bonded or mechanically fixed single-ply membrane systems.
