TRADA Technology Ltd has expanded its portfolio of timber frame training ventures with a new course in cross laminated timber.
It says new uses for cross-laminated timber are attracting positive reaction from industry commentators who have identified with advantages including “a visually appealing structure, built in fire resistance and fantastic green credentials”.
Delivered by members of the TRADA Technology Framecheck team which regularly attends sites to provide best practice advice, or assist in solving problems, the course explores how cross-laminates can be used, their benefits and pitfalls.
The dates for the course are June 5 and October 23 at TRADA Technology’s High Wycombe headquarters.
