ENTRIES are now invited for the 2013 European Copper in Architecture Awards that showcase “exemplary and innovative” uses of the material in contemporary design.
Judging will be based on the over-all architectural designs and entries must incorporate cladding, roofing, or other architectural elements of copper or copper alloys. Any scale or type of project can be entered, from landmark buildings to more modest installations, said the Copper Development Association.
Architects and critics drawn from a panel including some of the most influential designers in Europe will judge the submissions on their architectural qualities from graphic submissions. Shortlisted and winning projects will be promoted to an international audience.
