JAMIE Baxter, a civil engineer with 23 years’ experience in structural engineering, has joined Wardell Armstrong as associate director. Working from the engineering and environmental consultancy’s Edinburgh office in a newly-created role, he takes responsibility for all structural engineering project activity and business development in Scotland. He joins from Halcrow group where most recently he was buildings and infrastructure director.
