IRVINE councillors have heard about plans to revitalise one of the town’s best-known buildings.
The Town House will be refurbished into a cultural and historical centre as part of a new £17m leisure centre.
Proposals are due to be submitted for planning permission with enabling work scheduled to begin in July.
