REGENERATION projects in Irvine Bay are to benefit from more than £5m worth of Scottish Government funding. A total of £5.2m has been granted to Irvine Bay Regeneration Company to allow an area of derelict land in Ardrossan to become the site for a new medical centre, and the development of industrial and office space in Irvine.
