A house building company has laid claim to Scotland’s best selling development of 2012.
Springfield Properties said its Riverside Point site at Braehead near Glasgow exceeded all targets and outperformed all other single sites across the country in private sales.
“In an industry which is currently averaging two private sales a month per development, Springfield has blown away the competition by selling an average six a month, resulting in excess of 70 home sales in 2012 at this development alone,” a spokesman said.
