KNIGHT Property Group has received planning consent for new office premises at its last remaining site at Prospect Park in Westhill, Aberdeen.
The commercial property specialist is making an investment of £7m in the development. Work on the 1.10 acre site is expected to begin in January with the property, designed by Glasgow practice Space Solutions, ready for occupation by late summer 2013.
It is being developed on a speculative basis to meet growing demand, fuelled mainly by the oil and gas sector, for commercial property space.The tender process is ongoing.
