HOUSE builder Wates Living Space has completed 29 homes in Cumbernauld for North Lanarkshire Council. The £2.7m development includes terraced and semi-detached houses. Meanwhile, the contractor has also started work on a nearby site at Westfield Drive where it is building 30 council houses at a cost of £3m. The project is scheduled to complete in August next year.
