CCG Scotland is building four industrial units at Polmadie in Glasgow on a strip of industrial land adjacent to Junction 1A of the new M74 motorway extension. The speculative build, for a private client of Jones Lang LaSalle, comprises terraced units each measuring around 2,200 sq. ft. The buildings are designed by Glasgow practice ADF Architects and are due to complete in March.
