MILLER Homes has revealed plans to build over 200 new houses in Scotland.
The company is to start building further phases at four sites before the end of the year – Keepers Gate at Ellismuir, Woodilee, Roselea and Newton Park.
Keepers Gate at Ellismuir, in Broomhouse, will see a further 23 four and five bedroom homes being launched this autumn bringing the total number of homes up to 77. At Lenzie-based Woodilee, the current 98 homes will increase to 181 once the next phase of three, four and five bedroom homes are completed. Roselea, in Rosewell, will welcome a further 24 homes bringing the total number set to be built to 63. Finally, Newton Park, in Cambuslang, will increase its four and five bedroom offering from 29 to 75.
