A new Tesco store in Linwood is set to welcome shoppers from across the area as main contractor Barr Construction completes the project for the supermarket chain.
Paisley-based Barr has delivered the 40,000 sq ft store as a part of a wider regeneration development, which also features modern retail units, a new community hall, a state-of-the-art library and office space.The glass-fronted Tweedie Hall and library opened to the public in May this year.

The new Tesco superstore is now almost ready to open its doors to the people of Linwood and we’re confident the development, alongside Tweedie Hall and the new library, will bring new life to the area and be a real benefit to the community. The completion of the Tesco store marks the final stage in the multi-million regeneration development in Linwood town centre.
