COLLIERS International has sold The Sandaig, a four-star Victorian guest house overlooking Edinburgh’s historic Leith Links.

The nine-bedroom business, which also features a dining room and residents’ lounge, has been acquired by Andy and Karen Ho. The purchase price was not disclosed but selling agent Colliers International confirmed that the asking price was offers around £750,000.

The Sandaig is made up of two adjoining terraced townhouses. It has an open outlook over the well-known Leith Links, the cradle of today’s rules of golf, and is within easy reach of Edinburgh City Centre, as well as the nearby Ocean Terminal, the location of the former Royal yacht Britannia.
