AN agreement has been reached between Taylor Wimpey West Scotland and East Renfrewshire Council for the delivery of the first 39 affordable homes at the new Maidenhill development in Newton Mearns.
It marks the first stage of a wider agreement for the firm to deliver a total of 82 affordable home at the development. A range of one and two bedroom cottage flats, two and three bedroom terraced, three bedroom semi-detached and four bedroom detached homes will now be built in three locations across the development.

“We’ll be working closely with East Renfrewshire Council and the local community to ensure Newton Mearns reaps the benefits of our long-term investment in the area.”
