New Aberdeen community welcomes first residents

THE first residents of Aberdeen’s newest community have collected the keys to their new homes.

Stewart Milne Homes welcomed the owners of the first five homes at Regency Place, Countesswells. They included Peter and Susan Scott, who said the “perfect” Countesswells location is ideal for their love of countryside living.

Countesswells will eventually comprise of 3,000 homes. Stewart Milne Homes said every home has been designed “to make the most of its unique position, orientation and style”.

John Low, MD at Stewart Milne Homes said, “We are delighted to welcome the first residents to the new community of Countesswells and everyone at Stewart Milne Homes is excited about helping them to settle into their new home.

“Our vision was to create homes, green spaces and amenities that match the quality of the beautiful setting that first inspired us to create a community here and it is fantastic to see that vision finally becoming a reality.

“We are proud to be designing a new community that offers a lifestyle where residents can take advantage of living in beautiful surroundings all within reach of the benefits that Aberdeen city offers nearby.”
